CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with the 10ª attribution of article 158 of the Constitution of the State,

approve the Loan Contract No. 2252 /BL-BO, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Inter-American Development Bank? IDB, on March 1, 2010, for the sum of up to $us. 20,000,000.-(Twenty Million 00/100 American Dollars), destined to finance the? Multi-phase Program to Support the Extreme Poverty Eradication Plan (PEEP)? Phase I.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, seven days in July of the year

two thousand ten.
