CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, it has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. The Amending Contract of the Mutun R.C. Risk Contract is approved in the

terms of its wording contained in eight (8) clauses and one (l) Annex, signed between the Mutun Iron and Steel Company, the Mining Corporation of Bolivia-COMIBOL and Jindal Steel Bolivia S.A. subsidiary company of Jindal Steel & Power Limited of India.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Chamber of Sessions of the Assembly Plurinational Legislative, four days of the month of August of the

year two thousand ten
