CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECCRETA:

Article 1. Is it ratified? Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Bolivia and the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil for the construction of an International Bridge on the Rapirran River between the cities of Placido de Castro and Montevideo?, signed in the city of La Paz, on December 17, 2007.

Article 2. The Executive Body through an Interpretive Declaration, must communicate to the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil, that the denomination of? Republic of Bolivia?, should be understood as? Plurinational State of Bolivia?, in accordance with the Constitution of the State, promulgated on 7 February 2009 and? Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cult? should be understood as:? Ministry of Foreign Affairs?, in accordance with the Organization of the Executive Body of Bolivia.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
