PRESIDENT-IN-OFFICE OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. In accordance with the provisions of the 13ª attribution, paragraph I of article 158 of the Constitution

State Policy, the Municipal Government of Bermejo, Second Section of the Arce Province of the Department of Tarija, is authorized, According to Municipal Ordinance No. 013/2009 dated April 22, 2009, the transfer to free title, of a land with a surface area of 13 hectares, located at the end of the streets Litoral and Aniceto Arce of the community? The Nine? of the city of Bermejo, whose colindances are: to the north, with the property of Fausto Arancibia and with the road to? The Nine?; to the south, with the Urbanization of the Heavy Transport; to the east, with the properties of Juan Paredes and Brigido Gutiérrez and to the west, with the properties of Eloy Gareca and Diogenes Churquina; in favor of the Autonomous University? Juan Misael Saracho? and to the construction of the University Campus.

Article 2. For being a work of departmental interest, the construction of the University Campus should be

executed concurrently by the Autonomous Departmental Government of Tarija and by the Autonomous University? Juan Misael Saracho?, after coordination and definition of the financial resources that will be contributed by each of the parties.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Assembly Session of the Assembly Plurinational Legislative, at seventeen days of August

of the year two thousand ten.
