LAW OF SEPTEMBER 1, 2010

CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECCRETA:

Article 1. Pursuant to the provisions contained in Article 57 of the Political Constitution of the State and

Article 58 of Law No. 1715, declare of necessity and utility publishes the land that is required for the execution of the Misicuni Multiple Project.

Article 2. The Misicuni Company is authorized to:

Identify the land required by the Misicuni Multiple Project, The decision is that it will be in charge of the Board of the Social Public Enterprise.

To deal with the expropriation of the land necessary for the execution of the Multiple Misicuni Project, in accordance with the legal norms in force and in The Law No. 1715.

Comment on the expropriations you make, upon budget allocation, taking into account payments made.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
