CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. In accordance with the provisions of Article 158 of the Constitution of the Political Constitution of

the State, I approve the Financing Agreement between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and Artigiancassa SpA, on June 4, 2008. 2010, for an amount of Euros 25,000,000.-(TWENTY-FIVE MILLION EUROS), destined to support the financing of the Project? Misicuni II?.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the thirteen days of September

of the year two thousand ten.

Therefore, it has been enacted to comply with the law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
