CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. In accordance with the provisions of Article 158 of the Constitution of the State Political Constitution, I approved the Loan Agreement signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Andean Development Corporation? CAF, on July 26, 2010, for an amount of up to $us.70,000,000.-(SEVENTY MILLION US DOLLARS), destined to finance the Program of Road and Complementary Works.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized through the General Treasury of the Nation to assume the repayment

of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the Loan Agreement approved by this Law.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-eight days of the month of

September of the year two thousand ten.
