CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Single Article. The second paragraph of Article 4 of Law No 3252 of 8 December 2005,
is amended with the following text:
? The General Treasury of the Nation will compensate the Central Bank of Bolivia for the decrease in the extra-concurrency accretions with Treasury Bonds to be issued in favor of the Central Bank of Bolivia, in Bolivians at 99 years of time and which will not be due no performance. The General Treasury Bonds will be issued once the Final Balance of the Settlement of the Settlement Processes is prepared.
Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-eight days of the month of
September of the year two thousand ten.

Therefore, I enact it so that it has and will comply as the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
