CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, attribution 14ª of the Constitution of the State, the

is ratified? Agreement between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Kingdom of Spain, on Reciprocal Abolition of Visas in Diplomatic and Official Passport or Service?, made in Madrid, on September 15 of the year two thousand nine.

Remitase to the Authority Executive, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-eight days of the month of

September of the year two thousand ten.
