CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. In accordance with the provisions of Article 158 of the Constitution of the State, I approved the

Loan Contract No. 2317 /BL-BO, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Inter-American Bank of Development? IDB, on August 10, 2010, for the sum of up to $us. 30,000,000.-(THIRTY MILLION US DOLLARS), destined to finance the? Program of Support to the Effectiveness of Public Management II?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation, is authorized to assume the repayment

of the obligations that are contracted in the Execution of the Loan Contract No. 2317 /BL-BO, approved by this Law.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, six days a month of the

year two thousand ten.

Therefore, I enact it so that it has and will comply as the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
