CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article.

I. In accordance with the 10 attribution. paragraph I of Article 158 of the Constitution of the State,

approve the Loan Contract No. 2448 /BL-BO, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the

Inter-American Development Bank on November 16, 2010, for the sum of up to $us. 20,000,000.-(TWENTY MILLION US DOLLARS), to support the financing of the? Fiscal Policy Support Program and its Decentralization?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized through the General Treasury of the Nation, to assume the repayment

of the obligations that are contracted in the execution of the Loan Agreement approved by this Law.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the seventeen days of the month of

December of year two thousand ten.

Therefore, it has been enacted to comply with the law of the State. Plurinational Bolivia.
