CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, it has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. According to the provisions of the 10ª attribution, paragraph I of article 158 of the Constitution

State policy, approve the Contract of Loan No. 2241/BL-BO, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Bank Inter-American Development on November 6, 2010, for the sum of up to $us. 5,000,000.-(FIVE MILLION U.S. DOLLARS), intended to support the financing of the? Misicuni Basin Environmental Management Project?.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the seventeen days of the month of

December of the year two thousand ten.
