CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Article 1. Approve the Cession Contract of the? Operation Contract for the Palmar Area? Campo Palmar?,

signed on August 28, 2009, between OILFIELDS BOLIVIAN FISCAL? YPFB, DONG WON CORPORATION BRANCH BOLIVIA? DONG WON AND GAS TO LIQUID INTERNATIONAL S.A. -GTLI, in the framework of the Constitution of the State and the applicable regulations applicable.

Article 2. Approve the amendment of the Annex? C? Contract Compliance Guarantee Format, Attachment? F?

Remuneration of the Holder, as well as all the emerging changes in the assignment of the? Contract of operation for the Palmar Area? Campo Palmar?, signed between OILFIELDS BOLIVIAN PROSECUTORS? YPFB and DONG WON CORPORATION BRANCH BOLIVIA? DONG WON, dated October 28, 2006; assuming the company GAS TO LIQUID INTERNATIONAL S.A. -GTLI, the totality of the rights and obligations of DONG WON CORPORATION BRANCH BOLIVIA-DONG WON, derivatives of the Contract of Operation.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at seventeen days of the month of

December of the year two thousand ten.
