CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECCRETA:

ARTICLE FIRST. It is declared a national, departmental and municipal priority, the construction and

equipment of a Second Level Hospital, in the Municipality of Tiquipaya, Third Section of the Province of Quillacollo of the Department of Cochabamba.

ARTICLE SECOND. The Municipal Government of Tiquipaya, the Departmental Government of Cochabamba and the

Executive Body through the Ministry of Health and Sports, will be responsible for managing the economic resources necessary for the construction and Second-Level Hospital equipment in Tiquipaya Municipality.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, four days a month from the

year two thousand eleven.

Therefore, it is enacted to have and comply with the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
