CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
Article 1. Is declared a national and departmental priority? Construction of the Multiple El Carrizal Project?
Ivibobo irrigation system in the Department of Tarija, which will improve the living and integration conditions of the provinces of Tarija and the generation of economic resources for the Department and the country.
Article 2. The Departmental Government of Tarija and the Executive Body are authorised through the Ministries of
Environment and Water, External Relations, Economy and Public Finance and Development Planning, in accordance with the concurrent competencies, assign and/or perform the necessary economic resources to external funders, to carry out the feasibility studies, environmental impact, final design and any measure that viabilice and materialize the execution of the works for construction.
Article 3. In order to achieve the aims and objectives outlined in the preceding articles, the Government of Tarija and the Executive Body through the Ministry of the Environment are responsible
the implementationenforcement of this Law. Environment and Water, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Economy and Public Finance and Ministry of Development Planning.
Article 4. Open and repeal all provisions contrary to this Law.
Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Chamber of Sessions of the Chamber of Deputies, at the seven days of the month of January of two Eleven years.

Therefore, I enact it so that it has and will comply as the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
