CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECCRETA:

Single Article. Pursuant to the provisions of the 13th, paragraph I of Article 158, of the Political Constitution of the State, the Autonomous Government of Oruro, of the Department of Oruro, the transfer to free title, of a land with a surface area of 40,000m2, located in the area of Moxuma Capachos, Oruro-Cochabamba road, whose colindances are: to the North, Municipal Government of Oruro; to the South, succession La Fuente; to the East, Carretera de Oruro-Cochabamba; to the West, Municipal Government of Oruro, with the ownership of the Municipal Government of Oruro, Nro. de Partida 2, in favor of the Bolivian Intercultural School of Music-EBIM, for the construction of higher educational infrastructure in different races.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the nine days of the month of February of two thousand eleven years.
