CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:

PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation, is authorized to carry out the transfer

interinstitutional budget annually to the Ministry of Health and Sports to cover the cost of the health services of the persons determined in the judgments on the merits, reparations and costs of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights of 27 November 2008 and 1 September 2010, in the case of Ticona Estrada and Other Vs. Bolivia; and the case Ibsen Cárdenas and Ibsen Peña Vs. Bolivia.

II. The Ministry of Health and Sports has the responsibility to regulate, regulate, coordinate, monitor and control the

application of this Law at all levels, in coordination with the Ministry of Health and Sports. Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, as appropriate according to the competencies and responsibilities of both Ministries.
