CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. In accordance with Article 158, paragraph I, attribution 14ª, of the Political Constitution of the State, is

ratifies it? Agreement for the implementation of the Bolivarian Alternative for the Peoples of Our America and the Treaty of Trade of the Peoples?, signed in the city of Havana, on April 29, 2006.

Article 2. The Executive Body through an Interpretive Declaration, must communicate to the Government of the

Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and to the Government of the Republic of Cuba that the name of? Republic of Bolivia?, should be understood as? Plurinational State of Bolivia?, in accordance with the Constitution of the State, promulgated on February 7, 2009.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, three days of the month of March of the year

two thousand eleven.

Therefore, it is enacted to be and comply with the Law of the Plurinational State.
