CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158 paragraph I, attribution 14ª, of the Political Constitution of the

State, is it ratified? Framework Agreement for Financial Cooperation between the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the Plurinational State of Bolivia?, signed in the city of Barinas, on April 30, 2010.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-nine days of March

of the year two thousand eleven.
