CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, it has sanctioned the following Law:

PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. According to the attribution provided for in Article 158, paragraph I, number 14 of the Constitution

State policy, is ratified by the American Treaty of Peaceful Solutions? Bogota Pact, signed in the city of Bogota, 30 days of the month of April 1948, in the framework of the IX American International Conference.

Article 2. The reservation made by the Bolivian delegation is confirmed when the Treaty is signed American Solutions

Pacificas? Bogota's pact?, in relation to Article VI, for which it is considered that peaceful procedures can also be applied to the emerging disputes of matters resolved by the Parties, when such an arrangement affects vital interests

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
