CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. The installation of industrial natural gas and home natural gas is declared a national priority for

the use and exploitation of the factories ladrilleras, caleras, yeseras and the inhabitants and communities of the Municipality of Sipe Sipe in the Department of Cochabamba.

Article 2. The District of Gas Networks in Cochabamba, is responsible for the elaboration of the project and

installation of industrial and home natural gas through technical inspection studies and verification for the execution and operation of this project.

Article 3. Encomiendase to the Ministry of Hydrocarbons and Energy, Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos

(YPFB), National Management of Gas and Ducts Networks and the District of Gas Networks in Cochabamba, channel the budget and to seek the corresponding financing for the installation and execution of the project of industrial and home natural gas in the Municipality of Sipe Sipe.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given In the Sessions Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at thirty-one day of March

of two thousand eleven years.

Therefore, I enact it so that it has and will comply as the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
