CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Declaration of necessity and national priority enlargement in its Third Phase of the Pipeline

Villamontes? Tarija (GVT).

Article 2. Entrust to the Executive Body, through the Ministry of Hydrocarbons and Energy, to manage the

financing of national and international sources and the programming of sufficient economic resources for the execution of the Third Phase of the Vlamontes Pipeline? Tarija, which will bring higher volumes of gas to the south and west of the country.

Article 3. The Departmental Autonomous Government of Tarija, should take into account in its Budget the

necessary resources for industrialization, the use and consumption of gas for all the families of the Department.

Remitase to the Authority Executive, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the thirteen days of the month of April of the year

two thousand eleven.
