CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Article 1. The formulation of the Agricultural Development Master Plan of the Central Tarija Valley on the basis of the Multiple San Jacinto Project and other multiple irrigation projects under execution is declared a national priority.
Article 2. Entrust the Executive Body and the Government of the Autonomous Department of Tarija with the elaboration and development of the Agricultural Development Plan.
Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Chamber From the Sessions of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, to the thirteen days of the month of April of the year two thousand eleven.
