CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. In accordance with the provisions of the 10º attribution, paragraph I of Article 158 of the Constitution of the State,

approve the Loan Agreement, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Andean Corporation of Promotion-CAF on February 11, 2011, for the sum of up to $us. 150,000,000.-(HUNDRED AND FIFTY MILLION US DOLLARS), intended to finance the? Sectoral Transport Programme?

II. For the allocation of resources from this credit to new projects, they will have to incorporate a counterpart to be

negotiated with the departmental governments.

III. The Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Finance Public Finance through the General Treasury of the Nation, to assume the repayment

of the obligations that are contracted in the execution of the Loan Agreement approved by this Law.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for purposes constitutional.

It is given in the Session Room of the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, at eighteen days of the month of April

year two thousand eleven.
