CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:
PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Single Article.
I. In accordance with the provisions of Article 158 of the Constitution of the State Political Constitution, Article 158 of the Constitution, I approve the Loan Agreement, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Andean Development Corporation (CAF). February 11, 2011, by the sum of up to $us.27.282,645.-(TWENTY-SEVEN MILLION TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND FORTY-FIVE 00/100 US DOLLARS), destined to partially finance it? Road and Integration Programme? Phase II?.
II. The departmental autonomous governorships of Cochabamba and Santa Cruz will provide the financing of
counterpart for the? Road and Integration Programme? Phase II?, in the percentage that corresponds to them.
III. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized through the General Treasury of the Nation, to assume the repayment
of the obligations that are contracted in the execution of the Loan Agreement approved by this Law.
Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the eighteen days of the month of April of the
two thousand eleven.
