CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In application of Article 158, attribution 13 of the Political Constitution of the

State, the Autonomous Government of Santa Ana de Yacuma is authorized to transfer, free of charge, a lot of urban land with a surface area of 5,030.00 m2, located in the area Bethlehem Series? H?, manzano Nº 278, whose colindances are: to the North with the property of Remberto Rodriguez Daza, to the South with municipal land, to the East with the street Juan Adad and to the West with the property of Remberto Rodriguez and municipal grounds; in favor of Bolivian Tax Oil Fields? YPFB and destined for the construction of a new Public Service Station in Santa Ana de Yacuma.
