CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:

PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I Pursuant to the attribution 10ª paragraph I of Article 158 of the State Political Constitution,

approve the Financial Collaboration Contract No. 10219991 subscribed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the National Bank for Economic and Social Development? BNDES of the Federal Republic of Brazil on February 15, 2011, for the sum of up to $us332,000,000.00 (THREE HUNDRED AND THIRTY-TWO MILLION US DOLLARS), destined to finance the? Project Carretero Villa Tunari? San Ignacio de Moxos?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized through the General Treasury of the Nation, to assume the repayment

of the obligations that are contracted in the execution of the Financial Collaboration Contract approved by the present Law.

III. Whereas the operations under this credit will be carried out through the Agreement on Payments and Credits

Receipts of the Latin American Integration Association? ALADI, in an extraordinary manner, the Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) is exempt from the application of Article 22 of Law No. 1670 of the Central Bank of Bolivia dated October 31, 1995.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
