CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158 paragraph I, attribution 14ª of the Political Constitution of the

State, is ratified the? Decision No. XXXVIII/D/453?, assumed at the XXXVIII Meeting of Ministers, of the? OLADE, which changes the name of the Latin American Energy Organization (OLADE), by the Latin American and Caribbean Energy Organization (OLACDE).

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-five days of April

of the year two thousand eleven.
