CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned the Next Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158 paragraph I, attribution 14ª of the Political Constitution of the

State, is it ratified? Tourism Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela?, signed in the city of Barinas, Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, on April 30, 2010.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-five days of April

of the year two thousand eleven.
