CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. In accordance with the provisions of the 10ª attribution, paragraph I of Article 158 of the Constitution of the State,

approve the Loan Agreement signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Andean Development Corporation ? CAF on May 13, 2011, in the amount of up to $us. 75,000,000.-(SEVENTY-FIVE MILLION US DOLLARS), intended to finance the implementation of the Programme? More Investment for Water? MIAGUA?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized through the General Treasury of the Nation, to assume the repayment

of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the Loan Agreement approved by the

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-three days of May of the

year two thousand eleven.
