CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, has sanctioned the following Law:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Single Article.
I. Paragraph (b) and (e) of paragraph I, points (a) and (b) of paragraph II and paragraph IV of Article 82 of
Law No. 026 of June 30, 2010 of the Electoral Regime are repealed.
II. Paragraph I of Article 82 of the Electoral Regime Act with the following text:
?c) Address or conduct radio or television programs, or maintain informational or opinion spaces in media
written?
III. The Supreme Electoral Tribunal is responsible for regulating the provisions of Articles 80, 81, 82, 83 and 84 of
Law No. 026.
TRANSIENT DISPOSITION
Unica. The repeal and modification contained in this Law will apply to the election of the authorities of the
Judicial and Plurinational Constitutional Court on October 16, 2011.
Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-seven days of May
of the year two thousand eleven.
