CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with the provisions of the attribution 13th paragraph I of Article 158 of the

Political Constitution of the State, the Autonomous Government of La Paz is authorized, the disposal of the property, free of charge, of the property Municipal area of 1.737.56m2, located in Santa Barbara area, Mariscal Antonio José de Sucre street of this city, with Catastral Code No. 03500050016 and registered with the Office of Royal Rights, under the Matriculation of Folio Real Nº 2.01.0.99.0147885, in favor of the Bolivian Police, to be exclusively intended for Operation of the Fire Unit? Antofagasta?.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the seventeen days of May

two thousand eleven years.
