CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Declare Cultural and Intangible Heritage of the Plurinational State of Bolivia to the expression

living cultural art? Saya Afrooboliviana?, belonging to the Afro-oliviano People.

Article 2. Recognize the Yungas Region of the Department of Peace, as the cradle and place of origin of the

Dance? Saya Afrooboliviana?, belonging to the Afro-oliviano People.

Article 3. The Ministry of Cultures is responsible for the registration, cataloging and issuance of the certificate of

Cultural and Intangible Heritage of the Plurinational State of Bolivia to the cultural artistic expression alive? Saya Afrooboliviana?.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the first day of June of the year

two thousand eleven.
