CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Article 1. I declare of national priority the production, industrialization and commercialization of aji and mani, in the
regions that possess this productive vocation in the Plurinational State of Bolivia.

Article 3. Entrust to the Executive Body to make the necessary steps for technology transfer and

Article 4. The Executive Body, through the competent Ministries, in coordination with the Governments

Article 5. The Executive Body in coordination with the Autonomous Department, Municipal Government, and
