CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. It is declared a national priority and departmental need and social interest the afforestation and reforestation

of the desert and semi-desert areas of the Department of Chuquisaca.

Article 2. The Executive Body, through the Ministries of Environment and Water, Rural Development and

Lands in coordination with the Autonomous Departmental Government of Chuquisaca and the Municipal Autonomous Governments of Chuquisaca, will produce the projects for the final design of afforestation and reforestation in desert and semi-desert areas for execution in the Department of Chuquisaca.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Chamber of Sessions of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-three days of May of the

year two thousand eleven.
