PRESIDENT IN EXERCISE OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158 paragraph I, attribution 14ª of the Political Constitution of the

State, is it ratified? Constitutive Convention of the Bank of the South?, signed in the city of Porlamar, Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, on September 26, 2009.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the fourteen days of June of the

year two thousand eleven.
