CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

? DECLARE CULTURAL HERITAGE TIWANACOTA

FROM SUYU INGAVI DE MARKAS, AYLLUS

AND ORIGINATING COMMUNITIES?

Article 1. Cultural Heritage is declared to the Symbols of Markas, Ayllus and Originating Communities:

The Qhawa: The protective shield of the Aymara warrior that bears the face of the Tata Willka (father sun); it symbolizes tenacity and rudeness.

The Chacana Cross: Symbol of the indigenous worldview that represents the four stars of the Southern Cross; it symbolizes the Andean man's relationship with the stars.

Q ' uchu Kunturi Pasa: The sacred Anthem of the original peoples; symbolises feelings and ideologies.

The Puma: feline Mammal that in the Andean region of Bolivia represents the authority Mallku; it symbolizes agility, cunning and sagacity.

Katari: Serpent of the Andean region; symbolises the courage and bravery of the Aymara man.

Kunturi-Mallku: Condor, powerful bird and high-flying giant; it symbolizes the ultimate authority of the Andean man.

Wari: Camelido originating in the Andean region, called Vicuña, symbolizes the ancestral habitat in the plains of the Andes.

Suri: Ave called ostrich, which in the Andean region of Bolivia; symbolizes the speed and sagacity.

Article 2.

I. A cultural heritage is declared to the symbols of the original authority? Mallku? of the Suyu Ingavi of Markas, Ayllus and

Originating Communities, identity used during the mandate of the Origin Authority? Mallku?:

The Wayruru Poncho: In red and black colors, called? wayruru?; it symbolizes protection, under the poncho of the Mallku Kunturi.

Rimanusa: Chalina of vicuña color, with tiwanacotas motivations and wiphala; symbolizes the personal and moral maturity of the Mallku or Qamani.

Lluchu: Gorro multicolor; symbolises mental balance and maturity in your thoughts.

Chu'tuku: Dark or black shade; symbolises the mature personality of the authority Mallku.

Surixawa: Cobraided leather chicote with handle

Chuspa:

Chuspa: Bolson woven of multicolored wool; symbolizes friendship in the exchange of ideas.

Riyachimo: Multicolored Aguayo Cargamento tied to the back;

Chacana:

who carries on his necklace; symbolizes the direction of the Andean man with the stars and the cosmic space.

Champi: Command stick with silver rings and a color cinch according to grade; it symbolizes the category and hierarchy, which uses authority in relevant acts.

II. Cultural Heritage is declared to the Symbols of the Origin Authority? Mallku Tayka? of the Suyu Ingavi of Markas,

Ayllus and Originating Communities, identity used during the mandate of the Originated Authority? Mallku Tayka?:

Riwusu: Multi-colored wool fabric; symbolises protection under the banner of the Mallku Tayka.

Chutuku: Dark-colored shadow or black montera; symbolises the personality of the female authority.

Q'urawa: Honda that is worn down to the waist or back; it symbolizes the timely defense.

Tarilla or Ystalla: Prenda woven of multicolored wool; symbolizes friendship in the exchange of ideas.

Awayu: It is tied multicolor that It serves to carry your cargo; it means abundance.

Article 3. The State, Through The Executive Branch, Departmental Autonomous Government, Autonomous Governments

Municipal, Indigenous Autonomous Governments Indigenous Peasants, should promote cultural and tourist policies in order to rescue and to develop the potentialities of the Markas, Ayllus and Originating Communities of Suyu Ingavi.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, to the Twenty days of the month of June of two

thousand eleven years.

Therefore, it is enacted to be implemented and complied with as the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
