CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, has sanctioned the following Law:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Article 1. The Autonomous Government of Tiquipaya is authorized, the Disposal for consideration, of the good
municipal property located in the Zona Linde, Municipality of Tiquipaya, Third Section of the Province Quillacollo, with a surface area of 199,10 m2 and a useful surface of 145.15 m2, duly registered in Royal Rights under Computerized Registration No. 3.09.3.01.0005551, Seat 1? of the Province of Quillacollo, in favor of Mr. Rodolfo Quispe Beltrán with C.I. No. 3046138, issued in the city of Oruro and Mrs. Beatriz Guzmán de Quispe, with C.I. 3026839 issued in the city of Cochabamba, respectively, as credited in Municipal Ordinance No 014/2011 of 26 April 2011.
Article 2. The amount of the transfer amounts to Bs.155, 255, 14 (HUNDRED AND FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND
TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY-FIVE 14/100 BOLIVIANS), according to the date of April 20, 2011, carried out by the Autonomous Municipal Government of Tiquipaya.
Article 3. It is clearly established that the amount of pecuniary object of the disposal, for consideration,
must be destined exclusively for the acquisition of a predium of 600 m2 (Seishundreds square meters) for the construction of a center First Level Health for the benefit of the community.
Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Sessions Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty days of the month of June of two
thousand eleven years.

Therefore, it was enacted to be implemented as a Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
