PRESIDENT-IN-OFFICE OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158 paragraph I, attribution 14ª of the Constitution of the State

Plurinational, is ratified it? Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Economic and Social Rights, signed in New York City, 10 days in December 2008.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, five days of the month of July of the year

two thousand eleven.
