PRESIDENT IN EXERCISE OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. In accordance with Article 158, paragraph I, attribution 14th of the Constitution of the State,

is ratified? Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Bolivia and the Government of the Republic of Cuba for the Protection and Recovery of Heritage Cultural Property, signed in the city of Havana, on 28 April 2008.

Article 2. The Executive Body through an Interpretive Declaration, must communicate to the Government of the

Republic of Cuba that the denomination of? Republic of Bolivia? should be understood as? Plurinational State of Bolivia?, in accordance with the Constitution of the State, promulgated on February 7, 2009.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, five days of the month of July of the year

two thousand eleven.
