LAW OF JULY 27, 2011

PRESIDENT-IN-OFFICE OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. In accordance with the provisions of the 10ª attribution, paragraph I of Article 158 of the Constitution of the State,

approve the Contract of Loan No. 2450 /BL-BO signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Bank Inter-American Development? IDB on March 26, 2011, for the sum of up to $us20,000,000.00 (TWENTY MILLION US DOLLARS), destined to finance the? National Community Tourism Program?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized through the General Treasury of the Nation to assume the repayment

of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the Loan Agreement approved by this Law.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the eleven days of July of the year

two thousand eleven.

Therefore, it has been enacted to comply with the law of the State. Plurinational Bolivia.
