PRESIDENT IN EXERCISE OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. In accordance with the provisions of the 10ª attribution, paragraph I of Article 158 of the Constitution of the State,

approve the Financing Agreement, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the International Fund of Agricultural Development? IFAD on 31 March 2011, in the amount of up to DEG5,050,000.-(FIVE MILLION FIFTY THOUSAND 00/100 SPECIAL DRAWING RIGHTS), aimed at financing the project? VIDA-PEEP Plan for Eradication Of Extreme Poverty?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized through the General Treasury of the Nation, to assume the repayment

of the obligations that are contracted in the implementation of the Financing Agreement approved by this Law.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the eleven days of July of the year

two thousand eleven.

Therefore, it has been enacted to comply with the law of the State. Plurinational Bolivia.
