CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECCRETA:

Single Article. Pursuant to Article 158, paragraph I, attribution 14ª of the Political Constitution of the

State, is ratified? Trade Agreement between the Peoples and Economic and Productive Complementarity between the Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the Plurinational State of Bolivia, signed in the city of Cochabamba, on 31 March 2011.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-nine days of July

of the year two thousand eleven.

Therefore, it is enacted to be and to comply with the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
