CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. Pursuant to the 10ª attribution, paragraph I of Article 158 of the Political Constitution of the State,

approve the Financing Convention No. 4923? BO signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the International Development Association? AIF of the World Bank on 17 May 2011, for the sum of DEGs69,650,000 (SIXTY-NINE MILLION SIX HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND 00/100 SPECIAL DRAWING RIGHTS), equivalent to $us109,500,000 (HUNDRED AND NINE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND 00/100 DOLLARS) AMERICANS), aimed at supporting the financing of the National Roads and Airport Infrastructure Project.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized through the General Treasury of the Nation, to assume the repayment

of the obligations that are contracted in the implementation of the Financing Agreement approved by this Law.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, twenty-four days of August

of the year two thousand eleven.
