CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Declare national and departmental priority the preservation, afforestation and reforestation of the

San Pedro Serrania of the Department of Cochabamba.

Article 2. Ministry of the Environment and Water, Autonomous Government of the Department of

Cochabamba and Autonomous Government of Cochabamba, within the framework of its concurrent powers established in the Constitution of the State and the Law of the Autonomy and Decentralisation, technical and financial cooperation, with the purpose of developing policies, plans, programs, preservation projects, afforestation and reforestation, as of the enactment of this Law.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Chamber of Sessions of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, eight days of the month of September

two thousand eleven years.
