CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
Plurinational, it has sanctioned the following Law:
PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Article 1. Within the state policies of protection and conservation of the original cultures, is declared
Historical and Intangible Heritage of the Plurinational State of Bolivia to the Dance of the? Jalq? as?.
Article 2. They are responsible for complying with this Law all recognized autonomous instances
in the Constitution and the laws of the Protection of the Cultural Heritage in force.
Remitase to the Authority Executive, for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly at twenty-seven days of the month of
September of two thousand eleven years.
