CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, paragraph I, attribution 13ª, of the Constitution

State Policy, the Autonomous Government of San Ignacio de Velasco, Capital of the Province Velasco of the Department of Santa Cruz the transfer, free of charge, of the property located in the south west zone, Neighborhood Unit 11, Manzana Nº 03, Lot No. 01, with an area of 40,923.62 square meters and registered in the Offices Real Rights on behalf of the Autonomous Government of San Ignacio de Velasco Chiquitana University, under Computerized Registration Number 7.03.1.01.0003830, whose colindances are: to the north, with the Av. Viador Moreno Peña with 165.02 meters; to the south, with the Av. Rudencio Mendia with 164.94 meters; to the east, with the Plaza Universidad with 250.33 meters; and to the west, with the Av. Sof. My. Manuel Arispe L. with 245.86 meters; in favor of the Universidad Autónoma Gabriel René Moreno and with exclusive destination to the construction of the infrastructure of the Chiquitana Integral Faculty.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly at the twenty-two days of September

of the year two thousand eleven.

Therefore, the law has been enacted so that it has and will comply with the law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
