CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1.- The Cultural and Intangible Historical Heritage of the Plurinational State of Bolivia is declared to the expression

cultural artistic alive of? El Ch'uta?.

Article 2.- Recognize the Province of Pacajes of the Department of Peace, as a cradle and place of origin of? The

Ch'uta?.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly at the nineteenth day of October

of two thousand eleven years.
