CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Article 1.

I. Pursuant to the provisions of the 10ª attribution, paragraph I of the Article 158 of the Constitution of the State,

approve the Convention of Concessional Loan to the Government [(CHINA EXIMBANK GCL Nº (2011) 17 Total Nº (367)], signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and The Export Import Bank Of China? EXIMBANK dated August 11, 2011, for the amount of Yuanes 411,000,000.-(Four hundred Eleven Million 00/100 Yuanes), equivalent to $us60,000,000.-(Sixty Million 00/100 American Dollars), destined to finance the? Project of Procurement of Drillers?.

II. Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos (YPFB), as the Executive Entity will be responsible for repaying the

financing under the same conditions set out in the Concessional Loan to the Government [CHINA EXIMBANK GCL Nº (2011) 17 Total Nº (367)], approved by this Law.

Article 2. The Law No. 4149 dated December 31, 2009, which approves the Contract of

Loan between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and The Export Import Bank of China, is hereby repealed. EXIMBANK dated December 2, 2009, in the amount of up to $us.60,000,000.-(Sixty Million US Dollars) to finance the 39 K House Gas Project for the expansion of natural gas distribution networks and the acquisition of drilling and well intervention equipment in existing fields and new prospections.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Legislative Assembly. Plurinational, at the fifteen days of the month of November

of the year two thousand eleven.
