CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. In accordance with article 158, paragraph I, attribution 14ª of the Constitution of the State

Plurinational, is ratified it? Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Government of the People's Republic of China, signed in the city of La Paz, on September 29, 2009.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the fifteen days of November

of the year two thousand eleven.

Therefore, it has been enacted so that it has and will comply with the Law of the Plurinational State.
